Order Processing

Once your order is placed:

- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

- During peak seasons or high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

- United States: 7–12 business days

- Canada: 7–14 business days

- Europe: 7–14 business days

- Australia & New Zealand: 8–15 business days

- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping promotions may be available.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Tracking may take 1–3 days to update depending on the courier.

 

Wrong Address or Missing Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct address. CozyRelief is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping details. Reshipment costs apply if a package is returned.

 

Customs & Import Fees

Customs charges or import fees are not included in our prices. Customers are responsible for any additional fees upon delivery.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost, contact us at info@cozyrelief.com. We will assist in resolving the issue. Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for refunds.

 

Orders with Multiple Items

Items may ship separately depending on warehouse availability. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

- Orders cannot be canceled once processed.
