Return Policy – CozyRelief
At CozyRelief, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return under the conditions below.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- The return request must be submitted within the return window.
- For hygiene reasons, items such as massage devices that come into direct contact with the skin cannot be used.
Important (Dropshipping)
Because we work with external warehouses:
- All returns must be requested via email first.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (defect or wrong item).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.
- We will send a replacement or provide a suitable solution.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are only refunded if the return is due to an error by CozyRelief.
How to Request a Return
1. Email us at info@cozyrelief.com with:
- Your name & order number
- The product(s) you want to return
- Reason for return
- Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
2. We will send you the return instructions and return address.
3. Carefully package the item and ship it back.
4. Keep your shipping receipt until the return is fully processed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used massage devices
- Products without original packaging
- Items that cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons
- Sale or clearance items (when stated)
